    Bill ‘I feel proud about this achievement. Though I do not speak on radio, the listeners still feel my voice and thoughts in the kinds of music I select and play. But do not forget, the ultimate thanks and praise goes to God almighty.’

    These are the words of DJ Papa Bills, when he was asked about his achievement as the Ghana’s current best DJ. He later stated in the interview that, ‘To be a true DJ and of course the No 1 in the business, you must know and understand the emotions and ideals of your listeners at a given time and give them the kind of music fit for that present occasion accordingly.’

    Papa Bills, the young, dynamic, innovative and handsome looking DJ who controls one of the finest music shows on Adom 106.3 fm, called ‘Afiada Mbosuo’ on every Friday between 7:00pm to 12:00pm and ‘Adom Keteke’, a gospel musical show on Sundays between the hours of 6:30am to 10:00am has proved greatness and difficult grounds for his competitors. It is no doubt that he is also the producer of ‘Work and Happiness’, the mid-morning show that starts from 10:00am to 12:00noon from every Monday to Friday, and ‘Adom Top 40’ that takes off from 11:00am to 2:00pm every Saturday which have both made great gains and remain leaders in their competition also.

  • ADOM FM ON TOP OF THE GAME

    Dr. Duncan Adom fm, the leading radio station in Ghana has restructured its programmes to meet the demands of all Ghanaians. This year, the station has continued to run its programmes strategically to achieve top of the mind awareness. For example, the time for Adom Sports programme has been extended from fifteen minutes to thirty.

    Again, the station has consistently tackled more social issues such as child abuse, rape , teenage pregnancy, armed robbery among others on its Morning Show, Dwaso Nsem. AbeikuSince Abeiku Santana returned from a skill training programme in Los Angeles (USA), the Drive Time which is now running from 2:00pm to 6:00pm has also featured interesting issues and outstanding personalities.

    Despite the fact that Adom fm has personalities to man the affairs of the station, the management has added fresh and experienced voices like Sekyere Boateng to beef up its operations. The interesting surprise is that, the other top presenters and producers who are doing wonderfully well to keep the image of the station on top of the game, have promised to continue to make Adom fm the NO. 1 radio station in Ghana.
